Node.js developer
As a node.js developer, you will join a talented scrum team, to develop the next-gen product for online gaming and sports management platform.
What Are we looking for Technical (hard skills)
- 2+ years working with Node.js for server-side development
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript (Typescript)
- Thorough understanding of REST APIs and GraphQL
- Knowledge of databases and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Postgres etc.)
- Hands-on experience with AMQP/Kafka protocols
- Containers experience (Docker, K8s)
- Habits in writing unit/integration tests
- Hands-on experience with Microservices in SOA – advantage
- Strong experience with GIT flows
Advantages:
- Experience in online gaming / sports betting industry
- Working in agile environment and methodologies.
- Any of the following tech stuck:
- PHP
- React / Vue.js
- Nest.js
- Kafka
- GCP or other cloud platform
What you will do:
- Work as part of a scrum team to build Node.js application that will be our next gen platform management tool.
- Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic
- Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
- Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
- Integration of data storage solutions such as databases, key-value stores, blob stores, etc.
- Write unit and integration tests.
- Complete two week sprints and participate in sprint retrospectives and daily standups.
- Assist with building estimates.
