Procurement Team Leader

Sourcing & Supplier Management

• Source suppliers and obtain competitive quotations for goods and services
• Evaluate supplier proposals based on price, quality, delivery, and service
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Monitor supplier performance and address delivery or quality issues
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and procurement opportunities
• Support contract renewals and vendor risk assessments

Procurement Operations & Reporting

• Issue purchase orders and monitor order fulfillment
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with relevant departments
• Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases
• Analyze procurement spending and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Collaborate with finance, operations, warehouse, and production teams
• Prepare procurement reports, KPIs, and purchasing forecasts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management
• English language proficiency

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
