The Ultimum HR is the trading name of digital HR tools supplied by Horizons Bulgaria Ltd.

The The Ultimum HR WordPress plugin is distributed under the GNU General Public License v2.0 or later (GPL-2.0-or-later), except where a component is expressly identified under another compatible licence. A copy of the licence and detailed notices are included in the distributed package.

The GPL governs rights in the software code. It does not grant rights in the “Horizons Bulgaria”, “The Ultimum HR” or “Ultimum HR Studio” trade marks, company marks, editorial content, databases, paid reports, document designs or the independent Windows application, except where law or a separate licence expressly provides otherwise.

After payment, the customer receives a non-exclusive right to use, download, print and edit the purchased result for personal or internal business purposes. Resale of the tool itself, its templates or source design as a competing product is not permitted.

The font files are bundled locally. When these local files are used, the browser does not request them from Google Fonts. Copyright and licence notices are retained in the distributed package.

• OpenAI API: used for enabled AI-assisted functions, including CV extraction and translation, text generation and support for market research. User instructions and content necessary for the requested function may be sent to OpenAI. The API key is stored only in protected administration settings and is never exposed publicly.
• Revolut Merchant API / Hosted Checkout: creates the payment order and returns payment status. Card data is entered and processed by Revolut. The Ultimum HR stores the necessary order identifiers, status, amount and invoice details, but does not store the full card number or card security code.
• European Commission VIES: may validate a VAT number for invoicing.
• WordPress and hosting providers: provide runtime, storage, security and transactional email delivery.

Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Their identification does not imply partnership, endorsement or sponsorship.

Tools may create suggestions using artificial intelligence. Outputs can contain inaccuracies, omissions or unsuitable wording and must be reviewed and edited by the user before use. They are not legal, tax, accounting, medical or individual professional advice.

Salary reports are Horizons Bulgaria research assisted by technology and public sources. Net pay, tax, social-security and total employer-cost figures are indicative and should be confirmed by a local payroll, tax or legal specialist.

The Ultimum HR does not independently make final hiring, rejection, promotion or compensation decisions. Employers remain responsible for human review, legality, non-discrimination and the final decision.

Depending on the selected tool, processing may include identification and contact data, CVs, professional history, education, photographs, document and chat content, company and invoice details, technical logs and payment identifiers. Purposes include performing the requested service and contract, payment and invoicing, security, support, legal compliance and — only where there is a valid legal basis — recruitment and contact.

Data is retained only for the period needed to provide the service, the stated lifetime of a private link, evidence of consent and payment, legal claims and applicable accounting/tax retention periods. Where an external service processes data outside the EEA, an applicable transfer mechanism and contractual safeguards are used.

Individuals have the applicable rights to information, access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Requests: privacy@horizons.bg. Before payment, the product, total price, currency, applicable VAT and whether the purchase is one-time are displayed. Unless expressly stated otherwise, there is no registration, subscription, automatic renewal or storage of a payment card by Horizons Bulgaria.

The paid result is supplied as digital content/a digital service by download and/or private link. Where performance begins immediately, the consumer must first expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge when the applicable right of withdrawal will be lost. That confirmation is recorded with the order. This does not restrict statutory rights relating to non-conformity, defective content or a service that was not supplied.

The invoice is issued by Horizons Bulgaria Ltd using the invoice details provided. For payment, delivery, access or refund issues, use Contact us or office@horizons.bg.

The user retains rights in uploaded content and grants Horizons Bulgaria a limited right to process it solely to provide, secure and support the requested service and comply with law. The user must be entitled to provide the content and must not upload unlawful material, third-party secrets or personal data without a valid legal basis.

Misuse, circumvention of payment or safeguards, database extraction, presenting an automatically generated output as verified professional advice, and use for unlawful discrimination or solely automated decisions with significant effects are prohibited.

The service is maintained with professional care, but uninterrupted availability of external APIs, internet connections and user devices cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
