History and development
Founded in 2003 as a subsidiary of Jordan Sheppard Bulgaria, Horizons Bulgaria has established itself as a leader in the recruitment market in Bulgaria and the Balkan region. Starting from headquarters in Sofia, the company quickly expanded by opening offices in Ruse and Plovdiv, and building strong partnerships in Romania and Serbia — allowing us to provide top-level services across the region.
