Sports Book Manager

Sports Book Manager is a startup of an Online Casino with FIAT and Crypto payments and mostly concentrated on the LATAM market.


  • Monitor and analyze Sports Betting customers’ betting behaviour;
  • Identify Sports Betting Customer needs according to the active markets and anticipate their future needs;
  • Plan and analyze the offerings of various sports categories and tournaments;
  • Set min and max betting limits and payouts for each sports category and tournament;
  • Liaise with Marketing retention team about possible sports book campaigns;
  • Understand full capabilities of the Sportsbook software and work with the vendor to optimize the capabilities and respective developments;
  • Research, identify, recommend and implement the digital sportsbook market’s specific innovations of new technologies across the mobile and desktop customer experience
  • Ensure business readiness for new feature releases, and cooperate with respective parties to ensure smooth implantation and integration process.


  • Experience in working in Sports betting industry;
  • Passionate for Sports and competitions;
  • Understanding of sports betting customers, and their needs, wants and expectations from customer’s point of view;
  • Experience working with multiple systems and platforms;
  • Analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel;
  • Fluent English – written and spoken;
  • A strong drive for success and sense of ownership
  • Strong analytical and product management skills required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
