New tendencies in Recruitment in Bulgaria
According to a study conducted by www.pooltalent.com in which Horizons Recruitment is involved- 54% of employers expect to hire more staff next year. Other interesting tendencies display:
- The most used tool for recruiting candidates and applying for job position are online job search websites.
- The most used channels for Employer Branding are presentations made in universities and non formal events.
- Candidates consider an informal meeting with employers the most powerful way to show their strengths and features. The non formal meeting appeared to prevail over interview and resume.
- Over one third of respondents seeking employment find it difficult to find a job that suits them and consider as the most secure channel using their personal contacts
- 67% of the companies find it very important to promote their brand as an employer to the job seekers and 27% define it as an important issue
