Identity and Access Management Expert

ROLE OVERVIEW

Identity and Access Management Expert is responsible for development, implementation and maintaining adequate Identity and access management governance rules, configurations, and controls.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

As Identity and Access Management Expert you will be:

• Analyzing the implemented access right management processes from information and IT security point of view. Ensure their compliance with information security standards, internal regulations and applicable laws and regulations
• Working out processes/internal regulations for managing access rights management and information security related risks in cooperation with relevant business functions
• Coordinating implementation of the approved access rights management processes, control if they are applied, working out recommended changes if there is a need for it
• Conducting regular and ad hoc checks for IT security and access right management processes, participation in arranging audits in the same scope. Working out recommendations modifying existing controls, working out new controls, reports and processes
• Participating in the Introducing of the new Identity and Access Management (IAM) system & Privileged Access Management (PAM), including implementation of access rights and requests in the system, workflow and review of all project documentation, maintenance of technical documents and business requirements
• Managing, investigating, and tracking incidents related to breach of confidentiality, integrity and availability of data across the organization
• Participate in the delivery of Regional Security projects and activities in the respective area

And all the above you will be doing as key part of project teams, collaborate with business partners, vendor/consulting organizations and peer-level professionals from other IT disciplines

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience managing Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions and experience managing Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions
• Working knowledge in designing, engineering, and managing IAM, including experience with products such as: Okta, JumpCloud, Rippling, Auth0, Ping Identity, OneLogin, Microsoft Azure Active Directory. Etc.
• Experience with PAM products such as: Centrify Privileged Access Service, CyberArk Core Privileged Access Security, Foxpass Privileged Access Management, Hitachi ID Systems Bravura Privilege etc.
• Extensive professional knowledge of IAM/PAM principles and concepts
• Working knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly request, problem, incident and change management, and how they interrelate and can be adopted successfully
