We are excited to announce our partnership with Uponor – international company providing building solutions and products for drinking water delivery, radiant heating and cooling and reliable infrastructure.
We are helping our client to expand their presence on the local market by looking for an experienced and ambitious professional on the role of:

National Sales Representative (HVAC)

This person will be solely responsible for the entire Bulgarian market and will report directly to the Area Manager of East Europe.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading and developing strategic key accounts to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Implementing sales strategies
  • Establishing and building strong, senior level client relationships with HVAC designers, investors and wholesalers to ensure profitable business.
  • Expanding sales, introducing new products and/or services to clients and organizing visits to current and potential clients.
  • Responsible for the negotiation of customer contracts in accordance with overall company sales and key account strategy.
  • Coordinating the activities of all functions with whom the customer has direct contact in order to provide a consistent and cohesive service.
  • Closely monitoring the competitors’ activities
  • CRM administration


  • University Degree, preferably but not necessary in Engineering or Architecture
  • Previous sales experience and proven track record of achieving results
  • Experience in project-based environment
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal instruction
  • Self-driven personality with positive and can-do attitude
  • Proactivity and strong problem-solving skills
