HEAD OF MARKETING AND PR

The company:

Our Client is part of a fast growing international Group of companies in the Renewable sector, founded 10 years ago.The company is the biggest Principal Contractor in Europe, offering mechanical and electrical installation services as well civil services for the construction of utility Solar PV plants.

FUNCTION OF THE ROLE

The position of Head of Marketing and PR will be responsible for maintaining and managing the image and the reputation of the company internationally. Moreover for building and influencing the internal and external behaviour.

MAIN DUTIES

• Creating and driving the Marketing and PR strategy and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the business;
• Driving the development of a complete new Marketing and PR department;
• Creating and managing the Marcomms budget;
• Managing the image and reputation of the company internationally;
• Building and influencing internal and external behaviour;
• Presenting the Group and improving the brand awareness through various communication channels (website, social media, press coverage etc.);
• Being the main liaison to the media;
• Able to manage Crisis management.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position
• Master’s Degree in Marketing or PR
• Proven experience in corporate environment with international exposure
• Strong experience in Effective Crisis Management Public Relations
• Fluent in English and Bulgarian
• Confident communication skills
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Creativity and proactiveness
