About the role

Be the link between sales forecasts and seamless supply

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Supply Planner to join the company Regional SEE Supply Chain Team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating sales forecasts into actionable supply plans that ensure optimal product availability across the market.

The position requires close collaboration with sales and logistics teams to manage inventory levels, reduce stockouts, and streamline order fulfilment — making you a critical player in company’s regional operations.

Key responsibilities

What you will do

Supply Planning & Inventory

  • Develop and maintain supply plans aligned with sales forecasts and market demand for white goods
  • Monitor inventory levels, delivery schedules, and order status to ensure timely product availability
  • Analyse supply chain KPIs: fill rates, lead times, stock targets, phase-out levels, Slow- & Non-Movers
  • Assist in new product launches and promotional campaigns with accurate supply forecasts

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Collaborate with sales and sales back-office teams to capture market trends, promotions, and customer priorities
  • Coordinate with central supply chain to ensure seamless order processing and delivery
  • Support demand-supply reconciliation meetings and address potential supply risks
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging SAP reporting and analytics capabilities

Requirements

Who we are looking for

Core profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supply planning, preferably in a sales or distribution subsidiary
  • Good understanding of demand forecasting, MRP, inventory optimization, and supply chain coordination
  • Fluency in English at B2/C1 level (spoken and written)
  • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude

Tools & skills

  • Strong experience with SAP modules relevant to supply planning (ECC, APO) and inventory management
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; SAP reporting tools experience is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
