Our client is developing digital services related to legal information, document preparation, and assistance with specific legal and administrative matters.
To expand its network of specialists, we are looking for lawyers with diverse professional backgrounds who can contribute to assignments within their respective areas of expertise.
We welcome lawyers from all areas of legal practice, not only commercial and corporate law. The collaboration is based on external assignments with clearly defined tasks, deadlines, and remuneration.

How You Will Contribute
Legal Expertise and Documentation
- Providing legal advice on specific matters within your area of specialisation.
- Drafting, reviewing, and updating contracts, applications, declarations, internal policies, and other legal documents.
- Preparing legal opinions and analysing applicable legislation and case law.
- Reviewing the legal accuracy, content, and applicability of document templates.
Assignment-Based Collaboration
- Undertaking specific assignments according to professional expertise and availability.
- Clarifying the required information, documentation, and scope of work.
- Meeting agreed deadlines and maintaining clear, effective communication.
- Providing representation before public authorities and courts, where applicable and expressly authorised.
Who We Are Looking For
Qualifications and Experience
- Legal qualification and active registration as a lawyer with a Bulgarian Bar Association.
- Practical experience in one or more areas of legal specialisation.
- In-depth knowledge of the relevant legal and regulatory framework.
- Experience in drafting legal documents and advising clients.
Professional Approach
- Accuracy, confidentiality, and professional independence.
- Ability to communicate legal solutions clearly and understandably.
- Strong organisational skills and accountability for undertaken commitments.
- Proficiency in remote communication and working with electronic documents.
