Due to the continuous development of their operations in Bulgaria, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join their team in Sofia.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured international environment and wants to develop expertise in supply chain, customs, and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supply & Inventory Management
- Manage the supply of all imported goods, including ordering, importing, and receipt in SAP
- Control and optimize stock levels and prepare orders to suppliers
- Conduct monthly inventory checks with the logistics company
- Upload availability lists on a daily basis
Transport & Customs Operations
- Handle relations with Customs and all related procedures
- Organize and coordinate transport and pick-up with suppliers and transport companies
- Manage direct deliveries from plants to distributors and specific customers
- Manage transport services and warehouse tenders
- Assist in implementing the Company’s transport safety policy and rules
- Maintain and update different databases
Requirements
Who we are looking for
Core profile
- University degree
- Previous experience in supply chain management and logistics is an advantage
- Customs experience is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical skills and proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English
Tools & systems
- Advanced Excel skills — mandatory
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- SAP experience is a strong advantage
- Structured approach and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and international environment
