We are looking for a Head of Operations, Administration & Control — a strategic leader who will take ownership of operations and build a higher level of efficiency and control.
Central leadership position
You will be responsible for the overall operational management — processes, people, coordination, and control. The role reports directly to the Managing Directors and acts as a central coordination point across all business functions.
You will work closely with executive leadership and have the opportunity to build a more efficient and sustainable operational structure — with a long-term strategic role within the advisory board.
Operations Management
- Organizing and overseeing all operational processes
- Policy issuance, servicing, and renewals
- Claims handling and support
- Administrative support for clients and partners
- Maintaining internal procedures and policies
- Optimizing resource allocation
Team Management
- Leading administrative functions
- Controlling documentation and reporting processes
- Reporting to insurance partners
- Workforce planning and training
- Office and workplace management
Internal Coordination
- Working with department heads and team leaders
- Coordination with IT, HR, business, and legal teams
- Participation in the advisory board
- Setting short- and long-term objectives
- Launching new initiatives and improvements
Partners & Insurers
- Communication with insurance company representatives
- Participation in negotiations on terms and commissions
- Handling escalated cases
- Managing client complaints
Regulatory and legal control
- Ensuring compliance with the Insurance Code and FSC regulations
- Developing and approving internal procedures
- Overseeing GDPR and data protection practices
- Coordinating with legal advisors and auditors
- Monitoring reporting to regulatory authorities
- Ensuring compliance with labor legislation
Performance and optimization
Planning & Reporting
- Preparing annual operational plans
- Quarterly reporting for managed functions
- Tracking company-wide objectives
Digitalization
- Implementation and development of broker software
- Process automation
- Improving customer experience
- Coordination with IT and marketing teams
Requirements
- University degree
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience
- Experience in administrative or operational structures
- Insurance experience is an advantage
- Strong IT/system skills
- Good command of English
