Facility Manager
Silver Star Motors EAD is the official representative and importer for Mercedes-Benz, Setra and FUSO. In 2022 we acquired exclusive rights for distributing a new exciting brand – INEOS Grenadier.
Due to expanding the number of its facilities, the company is looking for an experienced professional to join the team as a:
Facility manager
The main location is situated in Sofia City.
Responsibilities:
– In charge of the good condition of all Silver Star EAD buildings;
– Coordinating the repair activities on site;
– If needed conducting a research and collecting offers from external firms to present to the company’s management;
– Controlling the level of hygiene on premises and garden landscape;
– Organizing the work of security guards in the entrusted facilities;
– Managing a budget for needed repairs and and overall maintenance;
– In charge of fire and emergency safety;
Requirements:
– Experience – at least 2 years on a similar position;
– Bachelor’s degree in Technology (advantage);
– Good verbal and written command of English and Bulgarian;
– Use of Microsoft Office, Internet, E-mail;
– Proactive person with a strong sense of responsibility and loyalty;
– Driving license – Cat. B;
