Business Development Manager

Our client is Karoll Capital Management, a leading asset management company headquartered in Sofia, Bulgaria. The company is part of Karoll Financial Group – a major non-banking financial services provider, offering solutions in the field of investment management, brokerage, investment banking, land banking, private equity, consulting and insurance.

Main functions:

  • Develop a network of agents, referrals, promoters across the country
  • Contribute to strong growth of clients and assets for company expansion
  • Develop a portfolio of HNWI clients
  • Creating a remuneration system for agents and advisors
  • Design and implementation of distribution channels for company’s products and services
  • Organizing trainings and presentations to agents and clients
  • Membership in specific clubs and organizations


  • Relevant university degree from a reputable academic institution
  • Experience in investment management/ finance/ sales/ business development
  • Fluent in English
  • Exposure to external clients in senior levels
  • Clear driving licence and availability to travel across the country
