For personnel with high turnover

  • 1-10 people – 12 EUR per person
  • 11-50 people – 10 EUR per person
  • 51-100 people – 9 EUR per person
  • 101-200 people – 8 EUR per person
  • 201-300 people – 5 EUR per person

 

The monthly subscription fee includes:
  • Monthly reports
  • Preparing monthly register for paying salaries
  • Arranging and submitting Declaration standard 1 and 6
  • Preparing monthly information for current personnel payments
  • Providing documents related to Manager Securities – foreigner, and all related of this fact activities
  • Preparing standard labor and civil contracts, additional labor agreements
  • Discharge orders and their registration in National Insurance Institute
  • Preparing documents for the personnel – Income certificates, UP-2, UP-3, UP-1; Consulting in case of necessity;
  • Files for the personnel; Labor books and their filling; Presenting in front of NII, Labor bureau, National Statistics Institute, and all related activities to the payroll service.

INTRASTAT

If the company passes the thresholds established by the NSI volumes of intra-trade, it is required to register as Intrastat operator to keep records and submit certain information in
a form each month electronically to the NRA Prospectus may act as a “third party declaring” and leads on your behalf and all documents filed electronically all the necessary declarations.
The thresholds are for:
1.”Outgoing” stream – 230 000 BGN
2.“Incoming” stream – 200 000 BGN

Fees for the services are:

  • Zero return – 30 BGN / month;
  • up to 2 acquisitions / payments per month – 50 BGN / month;
  • 5 acquisitions / payments per month – 72 BGN / month;
  • 10 acquisitions / payments per month – 120 BGN / month;
  • over 10 acquisitions / payments per month – 120 BGN + 5 BGN for each subsequent acquisition / transmission.
