Our senior consultants may take part in different interview stages and serve as an independent observer and/or party in the identification of the professional, personal, managerial and leadership competencies of the candidates. The consultant acts as a trustworthy partner of the decision makers and his/her task is to support the client in taking the best possible solution by providing direct and frank feedback and estimation. The final opinion and evaluation of candidates is given as oral and written report.
Should the client wishes, these services may also include additional instruments for evaluation of the candidates, interview process facilitation, preparing the client for effective interviewing, debriefing and providing feedback to candidates.
