Trade and Service Unit Manager




  • Develops and coordinates strategy for improving existing business
  • Coordinates and manages company resources (financial, human, informational, technical), supervises their optimal and efficient use 
  • Works in collaboration with the technical supervisors, sales manager, financial, legal and human resources
  • Responsible for internal communication between all organizational departments in the unit
  • Does conflict management and controls the appliance of internal company standards
  • Responsible for development and achievement of annual sales plans
  • Manages the sales team for the unit
  • Identifies opportunities for entering new business areas and market niches, recognizes potential profitable projects
  • Is personally involved in key negotiations and partnerships
  • Takes part in preparing, planning and reasoning annual budget
  • Monitors and assists in the current trimester / semi-annual/ results report
  • Executes occasional control over the direct and indirect company costs and is in charge of optimizing them



  • Degree from a Technical or Economic university
  • Managerial experience in manufacturing, processing, distribution, trade, finance
  • Team management and motivation skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and possibility to identify new business opportunities 
  • Able to motivate and inspire company employees
  • Flexibility in change management, ability for structuring and implementing new rules 
  • Strategic vision, high energy levels, initiative and communicative personality
  • Excellent English and experience in international business emvironment
  • Professional ethics and loyalty, attitude for defending company interests, decisive in decision-making
