On behalf of our partner – a growing international company with global IT operations – we are looking for a Senior Windows Server Administrator with French.
The role requires relocation to Sofia, Bulgaria, with all relocation costs covered by the employer.
Ensure stability and performance of Windows systems
You will provide technical expertise in Windows server administration, performance tuning, and high-availability operations across supported systems.
The role involves investigating incidents generated by monitoring systems, identifying root causes, and ensuring stable and efficient system performance.
Communication is primarily with internal IT teams and client representatives – no end-user calls are expected.
Work on enterprise-level infrastructure in a global environment while relocating to Bulgaria with full employer support.
What you will do
Server Administration
- Manage Windows servers and services
- Monitor system logs and Event Viewer
- Track resource usage (CPU, RAM, storage)
- Develop PowerShell scripts for automation
- Support Active Directory environments
Infrastructure & Troubleshooting
- Manage virtual environments (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Troubleshoot OS, DB and network issues
- Handle alerts and incident tickets
- Coordinate with hardware and data center teams
- Support high-priority incidents and outages
Who we are looking for
Core profile
- B2 French, B1 English
- 5+ years experience
- Strong analytical mindset
- Independent and team-oriented
