Sogelife Bulgaria IJSC is a joint venture between Sogecap S.A. – one of the main French life insurance companies, and of Société Générale Expressbank, both subsidiaries of Société Générale Group. For its Head Office in Sofia, we are looking to recruit:

SENIOR MARKETING AND SALES OFFICER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Keeps updates on the Bulgarian insurance market
  • Proposes marketing practices which can contribute to the development of the business activities and the profitability of the Company
  • Assists the sales departments of the network in the implementation of their policy of local animation in life insurance
  • Implements the commercial promotion policy of the Company in the field of bank insurance
  • Participates in the design and launch of new products and in the update of existing products offer according to products creation internal procedures
  • Prepares and provides technical and commercial to the distribution partners 
  • Creates and updates all the documents for the clients and the sales forces of Company’s partnerships
  • Plans, produces and delivers sales training of the distribution network on the basis of his/her overall compence on the insurance principles and the legal base for distribution, as well in any vocational training aiming at the compliance of the sold products with the customer’s needs
  • Intervenes as a specialised consultant in operational implementation of partnerships
  • Prepares various commercial statistical reports
  • Analyses the network results and evaluates the needs of each distributor in terms of support (training, communication, challenge, sales practices and processes), and makes proposals accordingly

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduated in Marketing, Economics or Business Administration
  • Extensive knowledge of the Bulgarian insurance/financial and ideally life insurance market
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing area at insurance/financial business network
  • Excellent communication, managerial, organisational, planning and analytical skills
  • Fluent in English
  • French language will be considered as a strong advantage
  • Excellent computer literacy (MS Office applications)
