Sales Manager in Romania
Our client is a company with foreign capital, operating within automotive and insurance branch on countries of European Union market from 2003. They have been offering insurance intermediation, customer care, and claims settlement services. They run extensive sales training sessions for distribution, accounting, and invoicing departments and they are actively involved in all the activities, required to successfully administer insurance programs.
We are in a search of a professional on the position of:
SALES MANAGER IN ROMANIA:
- Seeking, obtaining and managing new corporate clients and business opportunities,
- Leading product training in the particular region,
- Support for sellers in the region in order to achieve targets, sales,
- Planning and reporting on performed commercial activities,
- Active analysis of market and competition activities.
Requirements for the role:
- Obligatory knowledge of automotive and insurance business, especially new car dealership
networks, automotive insurance departments, etc.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance distribution in the automotive industry, insurance agency/ multiagency, automotive insurance companies,
- Communication skills and ability to create new contacts,
- High involvement in work tasks and availability,
- Desire for development and target achievement,
- High personal culture and representative appearance,
- B category driving licence,
- Minimum secondary education,
- Very good knowledge of English,
- Ready to travel.
