SALES AND LETTINGS MANAGER

Our client is Cleves – a leading company focused on the top-end of the residential rental market of corporate properties. For their team we’re looking to hire an experienced professional on the role of:

SALES AND LETTINGS MANAGER

Key responsibilities:

  • Sales activities for renting high level corporate properties;
  • Organize, manage and maintain an effective relationship with Clients;
  • Identify potential clients, contact them through different channels and negotiate with them;
  • Directly involved in building and maintaining current database of clients;
  • Compose and sign contracts with clients.

Requirements:

  • Very good major account sales skills /networking, relationship-building, account development/;
  • A strong sales track-record – preferably 5 years’ experience (property industry experience would be valuable) with a proven ability to close deals;
  • Ability to communicate with senior international business people – both spoken and in writing;
  • Proven ability to build and maintain good in-house relationships;
  • Fluent English and Bulgarian /additional languages an advantage/;
  • Proficiency in MS Office /Excel, Word, PowerPoint/, knowledge of CRM /preferred/;
  • University degree /preferred/;
  • Driving license.

  • Disciplined, well-organized and able to multi-tasking;
  • Highest integrity.
