RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – MARKETPLACE BANKING (MPB)

With the main functions, as follows:

  • Finding new business opportunities and identification of potential market niches and clients in Bulgaria and CEE Region, in the area of Consumer Finance, SME Finance, Receivable Finance, Trade Finance and Short-Term Real Estate Finance.
  • Analysis and assessment of portfolio data and transactional/deal structures.
  • Interpretation of financial information and preparation of presentations, credit applications, term sheets, etc.
  • Support of and correspondence with existing customers and considering individualized distribution of banking products and services, incl. client negotiation, managing deals and tailoring transactions.
  • Monitor the quality of extended loans through collecting and analyzing information about the clients and their business.
  • Engage and constantly promote the bank’s business services and products.

Our client, Varengold Bank, is headquartered in Hamburg with further offices in London and Sofia. The company is focused on the Marketplace Banking sector and supports modern and user friendly Online-Platforms, which focus on providing financing solutions to companies and consumers (Peer-to-Peer platforms). Varengold helps to finance the FinTech industry, thus enabling its rapid growth, whilst supporting their clients via a range of licenced banking products (Fronting Services).

 YOUR added value:

  • Experience in lending or credit-like products (Consumer Loans, Factoring, Trade Finance) ideally in a banking or fin-tech environment.
  • Good expertise of the legislation acts in banking, the internal rules and regulations, bank products and services.
  • Awareness of the challenges and methods of the marketplace lending industry.
  • Negotiating, organizational and analytical skills developed through a relevant working experience in relationship management.

 

And, of course, your BA/Master degree in Economics and/or Finance and fluency in English
