Relationship Manager – Corporate clients


The jobholder especially assumes the following tasks:

  • Finding new business opportunities and identification of potential market niches and clients
  • Support of and correspondence with existing customers and considering individualized distribution of banking products and services, incl. client negotiation, managing deals and tailoring transactions
  • Structuring different types of specialized deals alone and in co-operation with other departments
  • Interpretation of financial information, preparation of credit memorandums in accordance with the Bank’s credit assessment and underwriting procedure
  • Approval of loan applications and coordination of the underwriting and due diligence of each transaction, internal system reconciliations
  • Manage preparation and further negotiation of the relevant legal documentation, incl. term sheets, loan agreements, subscription agreements
  • Monitoring of the quality of extended loans through collecting and analyzing information about the clients and their business
  • Engagement and constantly promotion of the business services and products offered by the Bank
  • Ensuring operations infrastructure efficiency, maintains pro-active aptitude and collaborate with colleagues to achieve the Bank’s objectives


We are looking for a professional who has:

  • University degree in Economics and/or Finance
  • 5 years professional experience in the banking sector
  • Previous experience in management of relationships with corporate / institutional clients
  • Fluent English (any other language is an advantage)
