The ideal profile supposes:

  • Effective navigation in one or more of the key sectors of the regional business environment
  • 2 – 4 years proven experience as in-house or consulting recruiter within specific industry
  • Sales and/or account management experience will be a plus
  • Knowledge of related recruitment and assessment inventory, the Bulgarian HR consultancy market, business and main companies in Bulgaria will be a strong advantage
  • Good command of business English
  • Very good PC skills (MS Office)
  • Positive, energetic personality profile with a solution oriented attitude
  • Ability to work independently and productively in over- and under-loaded environment
  • Proactive approach, flexibility and creativity

The role:

The Recruitment Consultant will manage and facilitate the recruitment assignments for range of positions with respect of the client needs and applicant motivation and expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Development of a good understanding of clients companies, their industry, their culture and environment; analysis of their recruitment and talent development needs
  • Accountability for the identification of potential clients and the successful selling of the company’s offerings; pro-actively targeting new prospects and account managing old clients
  • Project management of recruitment process and key contact interface for clients and candidates
  • Leading the whole cycle of search and selection process, negotiation phase and successful project completion;
  • Develop and apply recruitment methodologies through search & selection and/or networking
  • Conduct interviewing and professional assessment of individuals for detailed assignment briefings
  • Candidate database and feedback management, follow up of placed candidates’ career
  • Organization and logistic of meetings for candidates and clients
  • Develop existing client base and identify new business opportunities within a B2B environment
