This person will lead and implement a project that will improve the performance, effectiveness and client satisfaction of an IT Service Center.
The planned period for execution of this mission is 6 months.

The role will be expected to:

  • Create and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Identify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
  • Prepare procedures for engagement reviews and quality assurance
  • Minimizes our exposure and risk on project
  • Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
  • Knowledge transfer planning and implementation
  • Process and procedures creation, review and analysis
  • Transitiopn planning where needed
  • Resourse review and analysis of the needs
  • Workload analysis

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in project management within IT service
  • Business analyst experience
  • Fluent English
  • Computer literacy
  • Excellent communicational and persuasive skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines, to prioritize
  • Result-orientated approach
