Requirements:

  • Completed University education in medicine (M. D), pharmacy or marketing
  • Experience in the area of marketing as product manager, brand manager, marketing specialist or other similar position
  • Knowledge of good practicies in marketing 
  • Good general culture, knowlege of trends and regulations in marketing area
  • Strong advantage is the experience with pharma, cosmetics, food, FMCG products 
  • Initiativeand creative approach
  • Communicative and positive attitude
  • Correctness in relations with client, peers and partners
  • Wilingness to learn, flexibility and innovation
  • High degree of organizationskills, purposeful and ability to achieve results –
  • Very good level of Bulgarian and English language
  • Good PC literacy – MS Office, ERP software; software for graphical design will be an advantage

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop, ground and implementation of marketing plan for the products and product groups of the company
  • Achievement of corporate goalsrelated to the specific brands
  • Propose and accomplish initiatives for assertation of brands and help for increase of sales
  • Develop, plan and organize of promotion campaigns
  • Report the results of each of the campaigns
  • Analize the status and trends of market development
  • Monitoring of market segments of the company related to competitor/ competitive actions, distribution, new products and suggest new activities
  • Observe the development of competitors and systemize the market information
  • Analyse the information of market researches and prepare summarizations
  • Organize participations of company tosymposiums, congresses, round tables and other events
  • Organization of production of catalogues,advertising and promotional materials
  • Actualisation of company knowlege about product, markets and its major competitors
  • Help in compay web page support and on-line advertising of products
  • Research, collect and actualization of scientific literature to support products
