For it growing team in Sofia Varengold Bank is looking for Office Manager (m/f/d)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* You will strengthen our office management and take responsibility for the following activities:
* Professional operation of the switchboard and first contact person for all personal and telephone contacts
* Organization and preparation of meetings as well as reception, support and hospitality of national and international guests
* Processing of correspondence (maintenance of e-mail accounts) and pleadings
* General administration and office organization, mail processing as well as ordering office supplies and consumables
* Planning and booking of business trips for the Executive Board and employees
* Support with special tasks, projects as well as event organization and planning

PROFILE:

* University degree with professional experience in office management, the hotel industry or a comparable service-oriented role
* Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Word)
* Very good knowledge of Bulgarian and English
* Confident and confident appearance, initiative and flexibility – proactive type, dynamic and solution-oriented!
* Ability to work under pressure coupled with loyalty
* Strong communication skills and a high level of social competence and commitment
