Our client is a leading Canadian company specialized in design, production and logistics of playground facilities. For their newly opened hub for light manufacturing and distribution in Sofia we are looking for a professional on the role of:

OFFICE AND ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER

 

You are:

  • Highly organized person with ability to multitask
  • Diplomatic and sensitive when working with clients
  • Solution-oriented and team player

 

You have:

  • At least 3 years of experience on a similar position
  • Fluency in English
  • Very good knowledge in MS Word and Excel
  • Precise attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support to other departments
  • Receiving and directing all calls and correspondence
  • Liaising with the accountancy about invoices and payments
  • Maintaining the general filing system
  • Assisting in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference calls
  • Monitoring the use of supplies and equipment
  • Coordinating the repair and maintenance of office equipment
