Key responsibilities

What you will do

Client & Sales Coordination

  • Daily communication with clients
  • Execution and negotiation of commercial terms
  • Preparation of offers and product information
  • Weekly monitoring of sales and performance results

Planning & Operations

  • Monitoring inventory levels and orders
  • Volume forecasting
  • Maintenance of the promotional calendar
  • Management of product exposure and displays

Requirements

Who we are looking for

Core profile

  • English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in client management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Tools & systems

  • Experience working with MS Office, especially Excel
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Commercial mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a structured and dynamic environment
