Our Client Tucai is the European leader in flexible connectors for the Sanitary, Plumbing and Heating Industry. Employing more than 500 people and manufacturing in 3 production facilities: Barcelona (Spain), Ningbo (China) and Silistra (Bulgaria), the company distributes its products in more than 70 countries in the world.

HR Manager

Purpose of the role:

The HR Manager will direct, adopt and implement HR policies and labor relations, according to Tucai corporate strategies and local legal requirements, in order to achieve both professional development of employees and company`s business goals, ensuring the optimal level (in terms of quality and quantity) of resources.

Key responsibilities:

  • Recruitment
  • Preparation of local onboarding plans and the annual training plan
  • Development of annual appraisals, development and career plans, succession plans
  • Management of employee relations: legal and contractual issues, disciplinary policy, absenteeism
  • H&S
  • Management of relations with organizations, authorities, associations
  • Preparation of data for Annual Budget and monthly KPI`s reports generation
  • Implementation and follow-up of trainee’s program
  • Support of the Plant Manager


  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in HR, Business degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years on a similar position in industrial environment
  • Advanced English level
  • Panning, organizational and decision making skills
  • Conflict management skills
  • Strong computer skills: MS Office, Internet, HR Systems
