HR Generalist

HR Generalist

Our client is a Greek manufacturer of interior and exterior paints, wood, metal and stone coatings, roof insulation and other specialized products. The company has a presence in over 20 countries, including Bulgaria where it carries out commercial activity on the territory of the whole country. Due to the intensive development of the company, we are looking for a professional to join the team in the position:

HR Generalist

Main Responsibilities:

  • Calculation of all employee remunerations within the company;
  • Make files of new employees, responsible for the availability of all necessary documents and archiving of files;
  • Administration of the social benefits of the company’s employees;
  • Work with schedules and attendance forms, reporting of total working hours;
  • Work with specialized software for calculation of wages, calculation of social costs and insurances, preparation of payrolls;
  • Submission of information to the NRA for insurance contributions, notifications for concluded, amended and terminated employment contracts;
  • Assistance during inspections by the competent authorities under labor legislation and work with institutions;
  • Cooperation with Occupational Medicine Service and responsibility for ensuring and reporting of Law For Healthy And Safe Labour  Conditions;
  • Organization of the overall recruitment process – ads publication, re-selection of resumes, organization and conducting  interviews;
  • Team building or other type of company events organization.


  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Very good knowledge of the current labor and insurance legislation;
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the field;
  • Very good computer literacy – MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel);
  • Experience in working with information systems for employee administration and remuneration administration; (experience with Omex will be considered as an advantage)
  • Organization and responsibility in making commitments and meeting deadlines;
  • Very good English language skills on working level;
  • Driving license – Cat. B.
