HR BUSINESS PARTNER – BULGARIA

The HR Business Partner works closely with managers and team members at all levels and across all departments, involved at the very heart of our business, including in the roll out and management EMEA-wide of GoDaddy global HR-related programmes and initiatives.

The main functions of the role are to:

  • Develop, implement and sustain robust and aligned HR-related processes within the framework being established by coordination across GoDaddy EMEA, including with respect to Workday (HRIT)
  • Offer HR-related guidance to managers and staff, including employee relations’ issues, time, attendance and sickness, and performance management and line manager guidance, in accordance with Bulgarian employment legislation, company policies and best practice
  • Manage an often complex HR case-load using initiative, pragmatism, and an excellent knowledge of employment law
  • Confidently and clearly understand, analyse and report on HR-related data
  • Effectively lead, and where appropriate, give direction to line managers and peers, and act as a role model
  • Identify and address effectively employee and organisational needs on an ongoing basis
  • Support managers and Learning & Development specialists in identifying training needs and development opportunities for employees
  • Adopt a hands-on approach in managing, monitoring and helping to improve GoDaddy’s recruitment-related processes, ensuring efficient hiring
  • Manage the HR Generalist, including to ensure the efficient running of monthly payroll and ad hoc payroll and benefits-related tasks
  • Support the HR team’s contribution to GoDaddy People Operations in EMEA and globally

The holder of the role will have:

  • Significant experience in a generalist HR-related role, including at a suitably senior, function-head level of responsibility
  • Significant experience of managing employee relations’ issues and change management
  • Strong commercial focus with good business acumen
  • A solid team player, able to collaborate and work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to rapid change
  • Tenacity, with the ability to deal with ambiguity and fluid situations
  • Fluency in English essential
