  • Manage the sales cycle of the company (offers to the clients; preparation of contracts; invoicing; collection of the receivables)
  • Manage relationship with banks (collections, payments)Manage payments to supplier
  • Supervise the planning of audits to be carried out by external professionals
  • Perform functions as technical secretary of the company
  • Maintain relations and information flow with external consultants (outsourcing accountant; tax advisors,etc)
  • Maintain the reporting to parent company in Italy and to the commercial employee in Bulgaria



  • University degree in accounting or related
  • Experience at office administration and finance – minimum one year
  • Fluent in English or Italian
  • Loyal and reliable personality
  • Good communication and organizational skillsAdvanced computer literacy
