CUSTOMER SUPPORT with English and Italian.
- Communicate with Italian speaking customers
- Support clients via phone, e-mail and chat
- Use of specialized software
- Provide an additional information about the products and the services of the company
- Fluency in both Italian and English
- Very good computer skills
- High communication skills and multitasking
- Solve issues with a single stroke and a smile
