Customer Support Agent with German and English
Our client, Pleuger Germany is a global leader in the manufacturing and supplying of submersible motors, pumps, thrusters, plunger pumps and related services. Pleuger is based in Hamburg and holds Pleugers´ Centre-of-Excellence with the leading engineering department.

The company is looking for a dynamic, motivated and competent team member, who is passionate about helping others and have excellent communication skills. This professional will work 100% remotely on the position:
Customer Support Agent with German and English
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls
- Communicating with clients via phone and emails in both German and English
- Respond to common questions
- Assist customers with information and other service-related issues
- Identify customer needs and redirect calls to appropriate departments
Main Requirements:
- Fluent written and spoken German and English skills (B2-C1)
- Other languages will be considered an advantage
- Proven experience on a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently interact with all departments
- Strong time management skills, ability to work independently
- Familiarity with remote communication tools
