Currently we announce an inspiring job opening as
Customer Success Manager
within the Bulgarian office of the European Email Leader. Our client – Mailjet is headquartered in Paris with further offices in London, Düsseldorf, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Toronto, NYC, No-Chi-Minh and Sofia. Mailjet is the email solution for more than 100 000 clients to create, send and monitor marketing emails, transactional emails, SMS. Brands like Microsoft, AVIS, Product Hunt, MIT and more trust Mailjet to send over 2 billion emails every month.
- Act as a point of contact for the company`s high-volume senders
- Build trusted business relationships with Mailjet`s top customers
- Be a product expert regarding customers’ email success
- Monitor and make recommendations, based on customers` email performance
- Collaborate with local Sales team for post-sale hand-off
- Provide support as new customers migrate from competing Email Service Providers and accelerate adoption of Mailjet`s features
- Collaborate with Deliverability, Product, API and Support Crews
- Communicate directly with major ISPs (Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.) on customers` behalf when needed
- 2+ years’ experience in client services/ account management/ customer success
- 1+ year experience with SaaS platforms and /or digital marketing
- Proficiency in French and English
- Experience with external clients in senior management level
- Excellent understanding of technology and communication with developers
- Proficiency in use of internal tools (Google Apps, Salesforce.com, SugarCRM, Excel and others)
