  • Service of newly acquired and existing business clients
  • Maintenance and support of the information system (CRM) and the status of relations with clients and sales representatives
  • Regular communication with clients and external suppliers
  • Providing information about the company services to existing clients and presentation of new services
  • Control of regularity of paymets and the correctness of performance of agreements
  • Feedback by clients related to quality of services and terms of delivery
  • Coordination and control of the transport and schedule of deliveries of working dresses as well support and maintenance of related records
  • Work with primary accounting documentation and administration of contracts and payments
  • Preparation of regular reporting information to the European Head office and for the local managemen


  • Suitable University degree related to the business
  • Skills for business communication, flexibility and positive attitude
  • Very good level of English language (oral and written)
  • Good PC skills (especially Excel), experience with CRM software is an advantage
  • Experience in client relations, understanding of business clients needs
  • Clients orientation and ability to propose solutions
  • Good organizational skills and cooperative to colleagues and suppliers
  • Readiness to travel in the country when necessary
