Currently, the company needs to strengthen its customer care department by attracting a prospective professional for the position of




The Role:

  • Handling customer inquiries regarding product, prices, order and delivery information
  • Sales administration, including preparation of price-list offers, confirmation of orders and follow-up, delivery and invoicing 
  • Processing customer claims
  • Overtaking complete customer support for clients based in Macedonia, Kosovo and Bulgaria.

The Profile

  • A Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering will be highly appreciated
  • Languages: a native level of Bulgarian and Macedonian, fluent English
  • Computer literacy: MS Office
  • Excellent telephone communication skills
  • Team player
  • Customer orientation
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a similar industry
