A very dynamic expanding international bank is currently looking for a Branch Manager for existing large branch.


  • Manage all activities of the branch in line with the bank policy and targets
  • Coordinate and supervise the employees work in the branch
  • Develop business relationships with present and prospective bank clients
  • Follow up the applying of administrative directions and legal regulations
  • Prepare and supervise the budget of the branch
  • Observe the market opportunities and economic state of the region
  • Propose implementation of the bank products and services
  • Responsible for the branch results and targets achievement


  • University degree, economic background is an advantage
  • Experience in team management
  • Bank experience at managerial position
  • Good in English
  • Good PC skills – Windows, MS Office, Internet
  • Time management skills  
  • Negotiation skills
  • Result orientation
  • Communicative, responsible, diplomatic and adaptive
