A very dynamic expanding international bank from the Bulgarian top 10 and with a focus to corporate and retail banking is currently looking for a Branch Manager for existing branch.


  • Manage all activities of the branch in line with the bank policy and targets
  • Coordinate and supervise the employees work in the branch
  • Develop business relationships with present and prospective bank clients
  • Follow up the applying of administrative directions and legal regulations
  • Prepare and supervise the budget of the branch
  • Observe the market opportunities and economic state of the region
  • Responsible for credit collection and the quality of the loan portfolio
  • Responsible for the branch results and targets achievement


  • University degree, economic background is an advantage
  • Experience in team raise, managementand motivation
  • Bank experience at managerial positionat least 3 years
  • Good in English
  • Good PC skills – Windows, MS Office, Internet
  • Good knowledge of actual regulation of bank legislation
  • Time, task and priority management management skills  
  • Negotiation skills and defend of company interests
  • Result orientation
  • Communicative, responsible, diplomatic and adaptive
