TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Our client is one of the biggest hosting companies worldwide. We support them in the recruitment process and now we’re looking for experienced and cool people to take the role

TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Main responsibilities:

  • Communicating in English with multinational clients to identify their technical problems or needs
  • Effective and prompt help to resolve the emerging situations
  • Navigating the client through various processes and procedures when needed
  • Troubleshooting, clearing compromised websites, creating email accounts
  • Recognizing the degree of difficulty of the problem and exaltation to the appropriate levels
  • If necessary use FTP, SFTP, Linux command line, phpMyAdmin and other similar tools

If you have experience with the majority of the following:

  • CMS (WordPress, Magento, Joomla, etc)
  • DNS (different records, how to set them up, etc)
  • cPanel, WHM
  • Windows and Linux
We don’t require you to have hosting experience, it’s an advantage. But English is a must!
