Technical Consultant – Document Management Systems (DMS software)
Our client is a leading Bulgarian company providing innovative information solutions for business management. Due to expanding of their team we are looking for a professional on the role of:
Technical Consultant – Document Management System
You will be responsible for:
- Participating in meetings and consulting potential clients with choosing working business solutions
- Understanding the specific needs of the client and coordination of the process of developing an individual solution
- Analysing and defining system functional requirements
- Developing project documentation, including technical requirements and specifications, functional and project decisions, user guides
- Participating in the overall process of implementing document management systems
- Troubleshooting and assisting with system maintenance
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technological trends
The successful candidate has:
- University degree
- Previous working experience with document management systems or as an ERP Consultant
- Experience with MS SQL and other databases
- Basic knowledge of Visual Basic or C#
- Working level of English
- Good interpersonal skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn new things and develop as a professional in a fast-paced project-oriented environment
