For our client, one of the first BPO companies on the Bulgarian market, we are looking to hire an experienced professional for the role of:
The Senior Recruiter:
is involved in the entire recruitment process in the company:
- preparation and status monitoring of job advertisements
- CV collection and screening
- Telephone and personal interviewing of selected candidates
- presentation of successful candidates to the team managers
- Organizes and monitors the recruitment process;
- Advices and guides the recruitment team members;
- Evaluates the performance of recruitment team members;
- Actively communicates with the hiring managers in the company;
- Communicates with external parties and service providers regarding recruitment needs;
- Supports Recruitment events and forums;
- Prepares monthly reports and regular statistics;
- Utilizes the recruitment software;
- Identifies gaps and suggests solutions.
The Senior Recruiter has:
- 3+ years experience in BPO recruitment, outsourcing or language recruitment and capability to processes, preselects and recruit a high volume of applications;
- 1 year experience in leading a team;
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Leadership skills and ability to maintain high performance teams;
- Strong communications skills – verbal, written, and presentation;
- Fluency in English language;
- Excellent PC skills.

- Disciplined, well-organized and able to multi-task.
