We are looking for a dedicated

ONSITE RECRUITER

to enable one of our outsourced recruitment projects in Sofia/Plovdiv.

Duties:

  • Manages all stages of the recruiting and hiring process;
  • Develops a good understanding of client company, its industry, culture and environment; analyzes the recruitment and talent acquisition needs;
  • Advertises vacancies appropriately in wide range of media, completing a search of the candidate database to find the right person for all vacancies, pro-actively sources candidates (on and of the market and through referral programs);
  • Receives and reviews applications, conducts interviews and short-lists candidates, meets client’s targets for recruitment of candidates;
  • Sourcing candidates through networking, internet postings, university relations, professional communities;
  • Organizes interviews, updates candidates about the results of their applications, offers career advice on pay rates, training and career progression;
  • Keeps and develops internal database, knowledge library;
  • Write market, delivery and internal reports;

 

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years intensive practical experience in recruitment as internal specialist and/or consultant;
  • Excellent written and spoken English, second language is a plus;
  • Successful navigation within production sector will impress us;
  • Advanced computer technical skills, Internet proficient user, LinkedIn experience;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in person and on the phone;
  • Positive, open and extrovert personality;
  • Someone willing to extend his own social network;
  • Knowledge of the Bulgarian HR consultancy market, business and main companies in Bulgaria will be an advantage;
  • Ability to organize own time and work with a high level of initiative and independency;
  • Ability to work productively in high-volume and fast changing environment;
  • Result orientated, with desire to prove own personal brand name;
