OFFICE MANAGER – PART-TIME

Our client is an international company, specialized in global trading with industry machines. Due to expansion in their business in Bulgaria we are looking for an enthusiastic candidate on the role of:

Office Manager (part-time)

Key responsibilities:

  • Communication with German head office
  • Organizing transportation and logistics
  • Taking minutes of meetings
  • Checking travel expenses
  • Making quotations
  • Summarizing sales figures
  • Supporting other team members

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English
  • University degree is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal instruction
  • Well organized and detail oriented person
