For our client – a leading international media agency – we are looking to hire a highly responsible professional on the role of:

OFFICE MANAGER AND EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

 

Responsibilities:

  • Providing executive assistance to the CEO of the company
  • Ordering office supplies and coordinating the maintenance of office equipment
  • Handling all calls, incoming and outcoming correspondence
  • Liaising with the accountancy about invoices and payments
  • Executing administrative tasks and filing documentation
  • Assisting in planning and preparation of meetings and conference calls
  • Booking flight tickets, hotel reservations, etc.
  • Welcoming visitors
  • Providing general support to all team members

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Secretary/Office Manager
  • Fluency in English, both written and oral
  • Precise attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

 

Personal characteristics:

  • Disciplined, well-organized and able to multi-task
  • Reliable, responsible and great under the pressure
  • Energetic, positive and outgoing person
