Our client, a global IT services and solutions company, is in search of ambitious team players willing to work in dynamic environment. They provide business application solutions based on Cisco Technologies with ability to simplify, integrate and optimize collaboration and increase productivity for internal and client usage.
They have prominent experience in building scalable solutions, managing small, medium and large-scale projects as well as working with cutting edge technologies. When it comes to integrating cross-vendor solutions our client is first choice with its experience in the technology stacks of technology vendors like Cisco Systems, Google, IBM, Microsoft, Hortonworks and others.
Position Overview:
In this position the Lead Engineer is a technical service professional responsible for providing architectural and technical expertise in technologies for high value opportunities. He/She needs to collaborate with development teams, design and implement innovative solutions and proposals by leveraging his/her understanding of the customer’s business requirements, and provides services that best meet the customer’s needs. The Lead engineer has to be pro-active, to be able to lead a team, to set up projects, to mentor people, to provide a consultative approach to understanding customer / partner business and technical / service requirements within architectural domain, including an advanced knowledge of the competitive landscape.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years of software development experience
- Experience as a Lead engineer or Senior software developer
- Expert level in troubleshooting in large-scale solutions, planning, designing, implementation and high-level support
- Leverages excellent design understanding and/or capabilities (e.g., database, application code, reusable objects, and interfaces) to optimize development efforts in a distributed environment
- Resolve technical problems of high complexity
- Knowledge in Spring Cloud, Spring boot; CI/CD; Security; .NET (big plus)
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the team and projects on architectural decisions
- Develop complicated parts of the software
- Work closely with clients and project managers for successful projects delivery
- Crete POC with new technologies for the company
- Evaluate and estimate customers’ requests
