IT Recruitment Specialist

For our clients, operating in an IT market, we are looking for experienced professionals who will lead the recruitment projects and support the companies’ HR teams in attracting and motivating the best IT talents.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

• Overseeing the talent acquisition process by sourcing, contacting and recruiting the appropriate candidates;
• Positioning the company as an employer of choice through social media activities;
• Collaborating extensively with internal interfaces across different locations and markets;
• Monitoring and reporting results.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Designing and implementing a comprehensive sourcing strategy
• Proactive source and identify Potential Candidates
• Proactively finding creative approaches to Identify potential hires based on applicant resumes and vacant staff positions
• Create Job Postings
• Conduct Screening Interviews
• Coordinate Recruitment Activities
• Support Fair Hiring Practices
• Develop Retention Strategies

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in a Talent Acquisition/Recruiter position in the IT field
• Experience in proactive recruitment of professionals for software development roles
• Excellent level of English
• Computer and technical skills are essential in this role
• Build professional relationships and identify opportunities to connect individuals in their networks with opportunities
