Our client is one of the largest IT service providers in Central and Eastern Europe. Due to the need of developing the Sales Opportunities in Bulgaria and CEE region, we are looking for:
IT SALES MANAGER FOR BULGARIA AND CEE
Main Objectives of the role:
- Generating revenue from Bulgaria in SAP technology stack (1st Priority)
- Generating opportunities for IBM stack technologies overall
- Bringing IT Development awareness in Oil and Gas potential clients in Bulgaria
You will perform the following tasks:
- Working closely with the Industry Leaders to identify new potential SAP customers or IBM technology customers or Customers from Oil and Gas Sector
- Building and maintaining relationships to sell business IT solutions and maintaining the account management for Bulgaria and CEE
- Leading the sales opportunities from proposal, through negotiations and closure
- Managing all phases of the business development cycle
- Interaction with the technical departments and support them in the presales process
- Monitoring of the technical project implementation with clients, active conflict resolution and problem solving, escalation of problems to management.
- Proven track record of 3-5 years of enterprise sales management experience
- Proven track record of capturing and growing customer and market share in a profitable manner
- In-depth product knowledge of SAP solution or IBM solutions
- Collaborative style and ability to work in a networked organization with virtual team
- Fluent in English
- Able to travel abroad /30 days per year/
